If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange if you ship it back to our distributor's warehouse within 15 days after you receive it, in its original condition (including all packaging, accessories and manuals).

Prior to sending your return you must contact our customer service department and indicate your receipt number, the items you intend to return and the reason for return. We'll reply with instructions on where and how to send your package. It's important that you don't ship your package until you receive the return instructions from us.

In the event that a returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories, blank warranty cards or other items missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of any of the missing items.

Shipping charges for the return must be payed by you; however, we will refund the shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.

Exceptions

Due to copyright laws, computer and game console software, music CDs, DVDs and videos in opened packages can't be accepted for return.

Some products are not returnable, as per manufacturer or distributor policy. Those products are clearly marked as "FINAL SALE" and by placing an order you confirm the acceptance of these terms.
